1. Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship all over India using trusted courier partners like DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx, and more.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

3. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available at no extra charge. However, we may call to verify your order before shipping.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email and SMS. You can also check your status on our Order Tracking page.

5. Can I cancel my order?

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and supported by an unboxing video.

7. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, exchanges are allowed only for wrong or damaged items. You must share an unboxing video as proof within 7 days of delivery.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery — all securely processed via Razorpay.
